Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or higher STEM field(s) is required.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with root cause analysis, problem identification, resolution and risk management.
• Strong writing and communication for a large, diverse audience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze delivery rates, capacity, bottlenecks and supplier performance.
• Identify root causes and develop corrective actions.
• Develop Plans of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms) and monitor progress.
• Support supplier investments, audits, or other oversight opportunities.
• Travel on-site to suppliers as needed.
