Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 4 years experience in supplier development, supplier quality and/or quality engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier qualification, product and process development, and launch readiness across the global supply base.
• Drive APQP activities and PPAP approvals to ensure robust, on-time launches.
• Support and monitor Safe Launch activities to ensure flawless production launches.
• Drive continuous improvements to enhance supplier performance and manufacturing readiness.
• Collaborate with Supplier Quality Engineers on complex quality issues and corrective actions.
