Qualifications

• This role requires 8+ years of experience in supplier management or procurement.
• This role requires 5+ years leading contracts, from award through delivery.
• This role requires 5+ years drafting, negotiating and executing complex contracts.
• This role requires 5+ years communicating with senior leaders on strategic plans.
• Domestic and international travel as needed.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Project).

Responsibilities

• Prepares and executes proprietary information agreements.
• Supports sourcing strategies, negotiations and documenting contracts and agreements.
• Collaborates with Program and Engineering teams to source optimal solutions.
• Reviews and analyzes demand and supply continuously.
• Sets performance expectations and metrics to monitor supplier performance.
• Engages with stakeholders with strong business acumen and communication.
