Qualifications

• 3+ years of procurement/purchasing experience in aerospace/defense or highly regulated manufacturing programs.
• Strong cost/price analysis and negotiation skills with documented wins.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and Excel; ability to prepare procurement metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead full life‑cycle procurement for complex packages (materials, components, services, tooling).
• Conduct robust cost/price analyses and document negotiation rationale.
• Negotiate contracts to achieve best value while mitigating risk (lead time, quality, IP, indemnity).
• Manage suppliers for performance, risk mitigation, and corrective actions; lead performance reviews.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to align requirements, schedules, and acceptance criteria.
• Prepare procurement documentation to support audits and traceability.
• Mentor Level 1–2 staff and drive procurement process improvements.
