Responsibilities

• Supervise a group of DRTs at GS-9 level and below.
• Evaluate products and equipment; recommend upgrades to management.
• Direct development and implementation of services and treatment to patients; mentor staff.
• Analyze problems and develop solutions to improve operations.
• Manage workload, quality, performance and productivity; develop policies and guidelines.
