Qualifications

• Substantive knowledge of federal personnel laws, especially disciplinary process.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Employment Law Branch staff and assist Branch Chief with branch management.
• Provide training and guidance to subordinates on motions, briefs and hearings.
• Assist in professional development and case handling before EEOC and other forums.
