Responsibilities

• Manage outside counsel to ensure compliance with corporate guidelines
• Develop and implement litigation strategies for successful case resolution
• Conduct initial coverage reviews and draft Reservation of Rights letters

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Supervisory Attorney - Complex Claim Unit to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.

This role will oversee complex insurance claim matters with a strong focus on litigation strategy, coverage analysis, and case resolution. The attorney will partner closely with internal leadership and legal stakeholders while guiding outside counsel to ensure matters are handled consistently and in alignment with internal standards. Success in this position will depend on strong judgment, clear communication, and the ability to identify coverage issues early and move files efficiently toward closure.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $113,000 – $194,000 annually

Responsibilities
