Job summary

Seabee Memorial Scholarship Association Inc. is seeking an Architect to coordinate with lead architects and engineers to develop original building designs and renovations.

Qualifications

• Degree in architecture or related field with 60 semester hours in architecture, including 30 hours in architectural design and 6 hours in each: structural technology, materials/MOC, and environmental controls.
• One year specialized experience equivalent to at least GS-13 in the Federal Service with three projects ≥ $2M in construction value.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with lead architects and engineers to develop original architectural designs.
• Lead and manage project teams, meetings, and cross-discipline design discussions.
• Develop comprehensive design documents for all phases of design and construction administration.
