Job summary

RTX in Massachusetts, near Tewksbury, invites a seasoned finance professional to join the Global Patriot PAD for the Ukraine Patriot program as an M3. You will perform detailed financial analysis, support monthly forecasts, and help define budget variances and EAC positions.

The role combines onsite and remote work in a hybrid arrangement, with relocation not offered. Candidates should bring a strong background in cost control, forecasting, and SAP-based finance tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of related work experience; advanced degree acceptable with 3 years.
• Program cost controls experience with data analysis, reporting and/or process improvement (scheduling, tracking).
• Experience with forecasting, budgeting and variance analysis.
• Experience with SAP business systems (APEX, PRISM, BW).
• U.S. citizenship is required due to government contractual requirements.

• Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly variance and data analysis.
• Update financial reports and presentations for program leadership.

• Support monthly financial planning forecast (RPlan).

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Global Patriot PAD supporting the Ukraine Patriot program as an M3. The successful candidate will be a key member of the finance team and will be responsible for performing detailed financial analysis to help define and understand monthly variances to budget and the EAC position, perform quarterly estimates at completion and monthly latest revised estimate, forecast bookings, sales, earnings, and cash, and utilize other metrics and tools to ensure the successful execution of the program. The ideal individual for this job will be an excellent communicator with a desire to learn and be challenged and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

This role is being offered in a hybrid capacity (onsite & remote) with the preferred candidate located within a commutable distance to Tewksbury, MA. Relocation assistance is not being provided.

What You Will Do

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Management or a related field & a minimum of 5 years of related work experience; OR an Advanced degree and 3 years of related work experience
• Program cost controls experience with data analysis, reporting and/or process improvement (scheduling, tracking)
• Experience with forecasting, budgeting and/or variance analysis
• Experience with finance tools such as SAP business systems (i.e. APEX, PRISM, BW)
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements
