The role leads the planning and execution of the maintenance training program, including creating literature, manuals, and training aids, and coordinating hands-on instruction for mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, refrigeration, and related topics.

Responsibilities include maintaining records, orienting new maintenance staff, coordinating with vendors, and leading safety training.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience: Minimum of 4 years industrial maintenance experience.
• Computer Skills: Competent in Microsoft Excel Word; knowledge of Tyson SAP-Plant Maintenance preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to interface with all levels of the plant organization.
