Job summary

Rolls-Royce Corporation seeks a Senior Supervisor, Maintenance in South Carolina. This full-time role leads maintenance teams, enforces safety, and coordinates with departments. Relocation assistance is available; traditional Mon–Fri schedule with shift flexibility.

Basic Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, electrical, or civil engineering or a business major operations/facilities management related field and 5 years supervisory experience; or 9 years of supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership skills
• High level of oral and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with computer applications and/or controlled systems.

Preferred Requirements:

• Completion of recommended company-training programs.
• Knowledge of total productive maintenance principles.
• Knowledge of ISO/QS-9000 requirements.
