Job Summary
The Administrative Supervisor leads and oversees Sunnyside Apartments’ front-office, housing assignment, and package-room teams, supervising full- and part-time staff as a member of the Sunnyside Leadership Team. This role ensures residents, employees, visitors, and campus partners receive timely, professional, and consistent service; maintains effective office operations; coordinates with HR on workforce needs; oversees key communications and compliance processes; and drives initiatives to improve productivity and effectiveness across Sunnyside Apartments.

Assist in planning and implementing unit-level strategies to support academic and administrative functions.
