This position is responsible for supervising Supervisors, as well as supporting the program and Program Director. Conduct monthly supervision meetings with direct reports. Complete all required supervision documentation. Support and provide feedback to supervisors on employee-related topics, quality assurance activities, professional development, etc. Support the Program Director by assisting with reporting requirements, data management, model fidelity, and personnel issues. Oversee the program’s training process, including completing orientation with new employees and further supporting and developing all employees. Monitor adherence to Healthy Families America Best Practice Standards and Healthy Families Indiana policies. Participate in other program requirements or activities, including QI (Quality Improvement) projects, safe sleep initiative, etc. Fulfill other daily general supervisory duties.
