Job summary

Bunnings Group in the United States is hiring a Senior Supervisor to lead daily store operations and shape the customer experience. You’ll work with the leadership team to keep the store safe, well-stocked and ready for customers, while developing your leadership skills and helping your team succeed.

This full-time role requires flexibility across morning, day and evening shifts, a rotating roster, and a hands-on, customer-focused approach. You’ll earn an adult pay rate of $31.93 per hour.

Responsibilities

  • Lead from the front, creating a welcoming, safe and well-presented store environment.
  • Support day-to-day store operations, including opening/closing and site leadership.
  • Coach and guide team members to deliver knowledgeable and helpful service.
  • Maintain smooth operations through workforce planning, stock flow and replenishment.
  • Drive a strong safety culture and support team wellbeing.
  • Resolve customer queries practically to build trust and loyalty.
  • Identify better ways of working and support rollout of new tools and processes.
  • Onboard and develop team members, supporting their growth and confidence.

About the role

Step into a role where you’re at the heart of the store, shaping the customer experience and supporting team success every day. As a Senior Supervisor, you’ll partner closely with the leadership team to bring our store to life - making sure it’s safe, well-stocked and ready for customers. This is your chance to build on where you've come from, taking your leadership experience to the next level while developing new skills and making a real impact. This is a full time role and you need to have flexibility to work morning, day and evening shifts across the 7 days of the week is required so that we can provide the best experience to our customers. We provide an adult pay rate for 18 years of age and above at $31.93 per hour for this role.
