Job summary

Northeast Health Services, a member of Transformations Care Network, is seeking a Supervising Clinician in Lawrence, MA to mentor developing therapists and support a collaborative clinical culture. The role involves supervision and providing evidence‑based psychotherapy with a focus on licensure track outcomes, ethics, and compliance.

Responsibilities include clinical supervision, documentation review, and coordination with prescribers, along with offering in-person or telehealth services.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• Active, unrestricted Massachusetts LMHC or LICSW license.
• Meet board supervision requirements for licensure trajectory.
• Strong clinical judgment and teamwork.
• Experience with electronic medical records.

Responsibilities

• Provide weekly supervision to clinicians pursuing licensure and interns.
• Partner with Clinic Directors to assess competencies and address performance issues.
• Review and approve clinical documentation; maintain supervision records.
• Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy and crisis intervention; manage caseload.
• Coordinate care with prescribers and other providers; ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Offer in-person and telehealth services as needed.
• Maintain licensure and supervisor credentials; comply with payer requirements.
