Senior Supermarket Rack Refrigeration HVAC Technician (Finance)

Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Supermarket Rack Refrigeration HVAC Technician to join our team. In this role, you will support and oversee repairs of refrigeration and HVAC equipment within Walmart facilities, utilizing your commercial HVAC and refrigeration skills with various tools in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 10 years of experience in commercial refrigeration and HVAC maintenance
• Experience with large-scale rack refrigeration systems
• EPA Type I/Type II or Universal Certification for refrigerant handling
• Valid driver's license with a clean record and ability to pass MVR
• High school diploma or equivalent; 18 years or older

Job Duties:

• Maintain and repair refrigeration and HVAC equipment using appropriate tools
• Use work order management system to document repairs and support store operations
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests
• Inspect and test facilities to diagnose issues
• Complete safety and operational training
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations
• Lift up to 75 pounds, work at heights, and use ladders as needed

Compensation:

• Salary range: $56,160 - $106,080
• Potential sign-on bonus of $2000 (select locations)
• Bonuses based on performance and other factors
