Job Description

Walmart is expanding and seeking a Senior Supermarket Rack Refrigeration HVAC Technician to join our team. If you have relevant experience, we invite you to contribute your skills in our fast-paced retail environment.

Your role involves supporting and overseeing repair of refrigeration and HVAC equipment within Walmart stores, utilizing your technical skills and tools.

Minimum Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in commercial refrigeration and HVAC maintenance
• Experience with large-scale rack refrigeration
• EPA Type I/II or Universal Certification for refrigerant handling
• Valid driver's license with a clean record
• High School Diploma or equivalent, 18+ years old

Job Duties

• Maintain and repair refrigeration and HVAC equipment
• Use work order management system to document activities
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls
• Inspect and test facilities and equipment to diagnose issues
• Complete safety training for equipment operation
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations
• Lift up to 75 pounds, work at heights, and use ladders

Compensation

• Salary range: $56,160 - $106,080
• Sign-on bonus of $2000 (select locations)
• Additional incentives based on experience and qualifications
