Job Description

Walmart is expanding its workforce across local retail stores and is actively recruiting a Senior Supermarket Rack Refrigeration HVAC Technician. If you have relevant experience in this field, we invite you to join our dynamic team and contribute to our fast-paced, welcoming work environment.

Your role will involve supporting and overseeing repairs within Walmart's Refrigeration HVAC equipment team and assets at our local retail stores. You will utilize your commercial HVAC and Refrigeration skills, along with hand tools, digital tools, power tools, and other equipment to complete your tasks.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 10 years of experience in commercial Refrigeration HVAC maintenance
• Large-Scale Rack Refrigeration Experience
• Type I/Type II or Universal EPA Certification for Refrigerant handling
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and ability to pass MVR
• At least 18 years old with a High School Diploma or equivalent

Job Duties:

• Maintain and repair Walmart's Refrigeration HVAC equipment and assets using appropriate skills and tools.
• Use the work order management system to receive and document repair activities.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls.
• Inspect, operate, or test facilities and equipment to diagnose issues.
• Complete required safety and operational training.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations following Walmart's safety and environmental policies.
• Lift up to 75 pounds, work at heights, and navigate ladders comfortably.

Compensation:

• Salary range: $56,160 - $106,080
• Potential $2000 sign-on bonus (select locations)
• Compensation based on skills, experience, and qualifications
• Eligible for bonus incentives
