Senior Supermarket Rack Refrigeration HVAC Technician (Finance)

Job Description

Walmart is expanding our workforce and is actively recruiting a Senior Supermarket Rack Refrigeration HVAC Technician. If you have relevant experience, join our dynamic team in a fast-paced, welcoming environment!

Your role will involve supporting and overseeing repairs of refrigeration and HVAC equipment within Walmart facilities, utilizing your commercial HVAC and refrigeration skills, hand tools, digital tools, power tools, and other equipment.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 10 years of experience in commercial refrigeration and HVAC maintenance
• Large-scale rack refrigeration experience
• Type I/Type II or Universal EPA Certification for refrigerant handling
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record and ability to pass MVR
• 18+ years old with a High School Diploma or equivalent

Job Duties:

• Maintain and repair refrigeration and HVAC equipment using appropriate skills and tools
• Use work order management system to receive and document repairs
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls
• Inspect and diagnose issues with facilities and equipment
• Complete safety training for equipment and tools
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations and guidelines
• Lift up to 75 pounds, work at heights, and use ladders as needed

Compensation:

• Salary range: $56,160 - $106,080
• Sign-on bonus of $2000 (select locations)
