Job summary

Balfour Beatty Construction is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead field operations, coordinate subcontractors, and drive the Safety/Zero Harm program on project sites. You will share budget responsibilities with the project manager and mentor field personnel to ensure execution excellence.

The role requires extensive commercial construction leadership, with a focus on on-time, on-budget delivery and maintaining strong customer relations across projects.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of commercial construction field experience.
• 7+ years of direct supervisory experience in subcontractor management.
• 7+ years of mission-critical project experience as GC or subcontractor.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read plans and specs.
• Proficiency with PC and Microsoft Office.
• Scheduling experience with software applications.
