Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a Senior Superintendent to supervise successful project completion on-site. This full-time role is based at a jobsite in Plymouth, NC and involves travel.

Qualifications

• Engineering or construction management degree or equivalent experience.
• 2 years as superintendent.
• 8 years field construction experience preferred.
• 3 years in utility-scale solar projects preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA, NFPA 70E, NEC.

Responsibilities

• Perform all Superintendent/Project Engineer duties as required.
• Recruit, screen, hire, mentor, coach, and develop field staff.
• Serve as the primary on-site representative for assigned projects.
• Manage direct reports and subcontractors in all field areas.
• Lead by example with strong work ethic and team focus.
• Enforce safety procedures and participate in Safety Training Program.
• Set and maintain work quality standards; conduct inspections and reviews.
• Oversee multiple projects across a large geographic area; coordinate logistics.
