Job summary

MPI in Southern California seeks a Senior Superintendent to lead high-profile ground-up commercial projects in Pasadena and Pacific Palisades. The role demands delivering complex construction on schedule, within budget, and to exacting quality standards.

You will supervise field teams, coordinate with project managers, owners, architects, and design teams, enforce safety, mentor junior superintendents, and foster a strong site culture. MPI values internal growth and long-term development.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a Superintendent with a commercial general contractor.
• Proven success leading ground-up commercial construction projects.
• Experience coordinating multiple trades on large projects.
• Strong scheduling, sequencing, quality control, and safety.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Office.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Description

• Lead all field operations from mobilization through project completion.

Profile

• Experience managing large, complex projects and coordinating multiple trades.
• Strong understanding of scheduling, sequencing, quality control, and safety.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and construction management technology.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
