Job summary

DCPS in Colorado is seeking a Senior Superintendent to oversee all on-site construction activities from mobilization through closeout, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. You will lead field personnel, coordinate with subcontractors and internal teams, monitor schedules, quality, and safety, and serve as the primary on-site contact for clients.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of construction experience, with at least 5 years in a Superintendent or Senior Superintendent role.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building systems.
• Experience managing commercial or industrial construction projects.
• Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of construction projects from mobilization through closeout.
• Develop, manage, and maintain detailed project schedules and sequencing plans.
• Coordinate field operations across subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Supervise and lead field personnel, subcontractors, and labor crews.
• Ensure safety policies and OSHA standards are enforced on-site.
