Job summary

Evermont Group is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead day-to-day field operations on a large podium multifamily project in the San Diego area. You will manage subcontractors, schedules, site logistics and construction activities while maintaining high safety, quality and delivery standards.

The role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and a track record delivering complex, ground-up projects.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Superintendent or Superintendent with a GC or major developer.
• Strong background delivering large podium multifamily projects.
• Experience managing complex projects from early construction through completion.
• Broad construction knowledge beyond basic field supervision.
• Strong leadership, communication and subcontractor-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day field operations on a large podium multifamily project.
• Manage subcontractors, schedules, site logistics and construction activities.
• Maintain high standards for safety, quality and project delivery.
• Coordinate closely with project management, preconstruction, design and manufacturing teams.
• Identify potential issues early and drive practical solutions.
