Qualifikationen

• Journeyman certificate or postsecondary diploma / engineering degree in a related discipline.
• NCSO designation (IND) and Gold Seal certification required.
• 15 years of progressive experience in field supervision preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of construction industry, materials, specs and methods.
• Ability to lead and manage others across multiple scopes.
• Understanding of contracts and ability to mitigate risks.

Aufgaben

• Develops, implements, and maintains safety programs and culture.
• Collaborates with project team, identifies and resolves issues.
• Oversees subcontractor coordination, scheduling, and quality.
• Liaises with client, site contractors, and office staff.
• Mentors project team and superintendents on site(s).
• Drives project schedule, logistics, and critical path decisions.
• Implements Project Execution Plan and ensures cost control.
