Job summary

Renaissance Personnel Group seeks a Construction Superintendent to lead field operations on municipal and public sector projects in Boise, ID. This full-time, on-site role requires coordinating with trade partners, owners and design teams to deliver safe, high-quality projects on schedule and on budget.

You will manage the project schedule, review drawings and submittals, and enforce safety and quality standards across the site. Relocation may be considered for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a superintendent or field leadership role.
• Municipal or public sector project experience is a plus.
• Strong safety record and safety-first culture.
• Stable work history with long-term commitment.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead all field activities from site setup to final closeout.

Construction Superintendent

Commercial Construction – Municipal, Full-Time Boise, ID | Full-Time, Direct Hire | On-Site

A well-established commercial general contractor is adding a Superintendent to lead field operations on municipal and public sector projects in the Boise area. You’ll be the on-site leader working with trade partners, owners and design teams to deliver safe, high-quality projects on schedule and on budget.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead all field activities from site setup through final closeout
• Set the safety standard on site and hold trade partners accountable for safe work practices
• Monitor quality and make sure deficiencies are corrected quickly
• Own the project schedule and manage critical path activities
• Work with owners, architects, engineers and inspectors to resolve field issues and unexpected conditions
• Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, ASIs and submittals
• Produce daily field reports and weekly schedule updates
• Maintain high standards for safety, quality, schedule and cost on every project

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years in a superintendent or field leadership role
• General commercial construction experience; municipal or public sector projects a plus
• A strong safety record and commitment to a safety-first jobsite culture
• Stable work history with a track record of long-term commitment
• OSHA 30 certification
• Proficiency with Procore, MS Project and Microsoft Office
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-first approach
• Valid driver’s license

Position Details:

• Location: Boise, ID, with travel to regional project sites as needed
• Type: Full-time, direct hire
• Compensation: $140K–$150K DOE
• Benefits: PTO, vehicle allowance, gas card, full benefits
