Job summary

MPI is seeking a high-impact Lead Superintendent to guide field operations across Massachusetts and Rhode Island, overseeing ground-up and renovation projects from $5M to $25M+. You will act as the main on-site liaison with clients and stakeholders, mentor junior leaders, and drive safety and quality on busy job sites.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in commercial construction, ground-up experience, and MA CSL credentials, with strong relationships in the New England market.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of superintendent experience in commercial construction.
• Experience managing hospitality, retail, multifamily, aviation, or mixed-use projects.
• Ground-up construction experience strongly preferred.
• Experience overseeing projects valued up to $25M+ or greater.
• Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations for ground-up and renovation projects ranging from $5M–$25M+.
• Manage project schedules, site logistics, subcontractor coordination, and quality control.
