Qualifications

• Senior Superintendent or equivalent with a proven track record on large ground-up commercial projects.
• Experience delivering $100M+ ground-up projects preferred.
• Strong leadership, coordination of large field teams, and safety adherence.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day field operations across a $300M multi-building development.
• Coordinate multiple superintendents, assistant superintendents, subcontractors, and trade partners.
• Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules, sequencing, and short-term look-ahead plans.
• Drive subcontractor performance and ensure appropriate manpower levels are maintained.
• Coordinate logistics across multiple buildings and simultaneous work fronts.
• Work closely with the Project Executive, Project Manager, scheduling team, design consultants, and ownership group.
• Lead site coordination meetings and proactively resolve field and constructability issues.
