Zusammenfassung

MPI in Southern California seeks a Senior Superintendent to lead field operations on large-scale ground-up multifamily and senior living developments. You will oversee on-site construction, manage subcontractors, and ensure safety, schedule, and quality from groundbreaking to project completion for projects ranging from $60M to $240M.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years with a commercial GC, strong leadership, and experience with Procore, Bluebeam, PlanGrid, and Microsoft Office.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of Superintendent experience with a commercial general contractor.
• Ground-up multifamily experience preferred.
• Experience with senior living, mixed-use, podium, or large commercial projects is a plus.
• Proven success leading projects valued at $40M+.
