Job summary

Goodall Brazier is seeking an experienced Senior Superintendent to lead a $100M ground-up education project in Los Angeles. This is a high-visibility role requiring hands-on leadership and ownership from the field.

Ideal candidates have a track record delivering complex projects on time, with on-site leadership, safety discipline, and proactive coordination with the project team, district, and DSA representatives.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a Lead/Senior Superintendent on ground-up construction.
• Experience running projects in the $65M-$120M+ range.
• DSA experience strongly preferred on public school or community college projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead superintendent on-site, overseeing all field operations from current phase through closeout.
• Coordinate with the project team, subcontractors, and district/DSA representatives to keep the project on schedule and in compliance.
• Manage site safety, quality control, and day-to-day field decision-making.
• Partner with project executives and managers on planning, sequencing, and problem-solving as the project progresses.
