Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead ground-up garden-style multifamily projects in the South Puget Sound. You’ll own the jobsite from schedule to safety to quality, direct the site team, and align trade crews to meet plans.

This permanent on-site role offers a base salary of $160K–$180K per year plus a 20% annual bonus and mileage reimbursement. A strong civil background and experience on 200+ unit developments in Tacoma/Olympia-area communities are preferred.

Qualifications

• Lead superintendent on ground-up garden-style multifamily, 200+ units.
• Strong civil background: excavation, grading, staking, cuts and fills.
• Reads blueprints and understands submittals, specs and take-offs.
• Lives in or near the Tacoma, Puyallup or Olympia area.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day field operations for all trades on site.
• Produce and manage the 3-week look-ahead with the Project Manager and subs.
• Run sub pre-construction meetings and weekly foreman’s meetings.
• Oversee site improvements, including wet and dry utilities, against civil and architectural plans.
• Write and route RFIs and see field issues through to resolution.
• Keep daily reports and photo documentation current.
• Lead, train and develop assistant superintendents, carpenter foreman and laborers.
• Drive safety, quality, budget and schedule from start through closeout and punch.
