MPI is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead on-site construction for a high-profile, multi-year data centre project in Dallas. You will manage subcontractors, coordinate site teams, and drive safety, scheduling, and quality across all phases.

The successful candidate will bring proven experience in large-scale commercial or mission-critical projects, with strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills. Travel for onboarding and future opportunities is expected.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Superintendent delivering large-scale commercial construction projects.
• Experience with mission-critical, data centre, healthcare, industrial, or complex commercial projects preferred.
• Strong track record managing large subcontractor workforces and multiple project phases.
• Demonstrated scheduling, sequencing, quality management, and site logistics expertise.
• Extensive knowledge of construction safety regulations and best practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Stable employment history demonstrating long-term commitment and career progression.
• Collaborative, team-first mindset with willingness to travel for onboarding and future projects.

Job Description

The Senior Superintendent will report into senior operational leadership and play a critical role in delivering a large-scale mission-critical development. This position offers the opportunity to lead site operations on a complex, high-profile project while helping drive quality, safety, and program performance.

The Successful Applicant

For the Senior Superintendent we are seeking:

• Proven experience as a Senior Superintendent or Lead Superintendent delivering large-scale commercial construction projects.
• Previous mission-critical, data centre, healthcare, industrial, or complex commercial project experience preferred.
• Strong track record managing large subcontractor workforces and multiple project phases simultaneously.
• Demonstrated expertise in scheduling, sequencing, quality management, and site logistics.
• Extensive knowledge of construction safety regulations and best practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
