Job summary

RIMEPRO INC is seeking a Superintendent to run field operations on multifamily and commercial projects throughout the Greater Bay Area. The role requires traveling to sites within 1-2 hours and coordinating crews, trades, and schedules to meet milestones.

You will enforce safety, quality, and design intent, manage subcontractors, and support closeout with complete documentation. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 8-20+ years of Superintendent experience across multifamily and commercial construction.
• Travel up to 1-2 hours to Bay Area project sites; California travel encouraged.
• OSHA 30 certification required; valid driver's license; Procore/Bluebeam/MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations from mobilization to turnover across diverse project types.
• Develop and maintain project schedules; 3-week look-aheads and milestones.
• Coordinate and sequence subcontractors to maintain workflow and milestones.
