Century Builders Mission Critical is seeking a seasoned Senior Superintendent to oversee field operations for a multi-year, campus-scale data center project in Silverton, TX. You will lead a crew, manage trade partners, and ensure safety, schedule, and budget adherence.

Relocation or extended assignment is required. This role offers long-term leadership opportunities across the company’s mission-critical portfolio, with potential extensions beyond the initial two-year site in Silverton.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive field leadership in commercial/industrial construction.
• 5+ years as a Superintendent or Senior Superintendent on large projects.
• Experience delivering data centers or mission-critical facilities is highly preferred.
• Deep knowledge of heavy foundation systems, precast erection, and MEP coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily on-site construction activities, ensuring safety and quality.
• Develop and manage weekly work plans and 4-week look-ahead schedules.
• Monitor critical-path milestones and budgets, issuing corrective actions as needed.
• Direct 7–10-person internal crew and coordinate multi-trade subcontractors.
• Oversee drawings, submittals, and owner requirement matrices; ensure clear communication.
