Job summary

AppleOne Employment Services is seeking a Senior Superintendent for upcoming 2027 projects. The role focuses on leading all field operations, ensuring safety, progress, and quality on site.

You will partner with the PM to align schedule, cost, and milestones while maintaining open dialogue with the team and subcontractors to manage changes and scope. A strong emphasis on fairness and relationship-building with vendors completes the profile.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience as a Project Superintendent at a general contractor.
• Experience managing field personnel and all trades with strong communication.
• Experience with large commercial ground-up projects and full site work packages.
• Experience with complex, fast-paced, high-visibility projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations to ensure site safety, construction progress, quality control and a clean site.
• Develop understanding of project strategy and commitments including financial goals, scheduling, logistics, milestones and inspections.
• Work with PM to maintain an updated project schedule reflecting status changes and meeting cost/time requirements.
• Maintain open dialogue with the project team regarding changes in work, job conditions, subcontractor relations and project direction deviations.
• Promote positive relationships by dealing fairly with all subcontractors and vendors while instilling this in the team.

We're planning ahead for upcoming projects in 2027 and are looking for Senior Superintendents. Do you have a great attitude with a strong client focus, and the ability to work in a collaborative environment?

• Lead all daily field operations to ensure proper site safety, construction, progress, quality control and a clean site
• Develop comprehensive understanding of project strategy and commitments including financial goals, scheduling, logistics, phasing, milestones, inspections
• Work in partnership with PM to maintain an updated and accurate project schedule that reflects the changes in project status and that meets the cost and time requirements of the project
• Demonstrate and maintain effective and open dialogue with the project team regarding changes in work, job conditions, subcontractor relations and any deviation in the direction of the project
• Always promotes positive relationships by dealing expertly and fairly with all subcontractors and vendors while instilling this philosophy in the project team

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience as a Project Superintendent at a general contractor
• Experience in managing field personnel and all trades on site with great communication skills as well as the training, developing and mentoring of others
• Types of projects should include large commercial out of the ground work with a complete understanding of full site work package, and high-level finishes.
• Experience with complex and logistically challenging, fast paced and high visibility projects is required.
