Job summary

Wharton-Smith, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Project Superintendent with a Water/Wastewater background to lead field operations in the Brevard and Indian River County area.

You will direct daily supervision of all on-site personnel and ensure safety, schedule, cost control, quality, and owner satisfaction. Qualifications

• 10-15 years of total construction experience.
• Minimum of the most recent 5+ years as a Superintendent (required).
• Candidates must currently be working in water/wastewater.
• 15–20 years of total construction experience (20+ preferred).
• Minimum of the most recent 10+ years as a Superintendent (required).
• Candidates must currently be working in water/wastewater.
• Good communication and people skills.
• Computer proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel.
• Knowledge of Project Management Software (PMIS).
• Valid Driver License and ability to commute to job sites.

Job description

Wharton-Smith, Inc is currently seeking an experienced Senior Project Superintendent with Water/Wastewater background for the Brevard & Indian River County area. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for the direction and daily supervision of all job site field personnel on assigned projects. Responsibilities also include maintaining safety, owner satisfaction, cost, schedule, and quality control.

Compensation

$135,200+ annually, depending on experience and qualifications.

This position is also eligible for performance-based bonuses twice a year and a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and company vehicle.
