We're partnering with a national general contractor with a strong, growing healthcare construction practice, known for delivering large-scale ground-up hospital and medical campus projects. This is a $200M+ ground-up healthcare build in the Carolinas, offering the chance to run a marquee project for a top-tier contractor.

As Senior Superintendent, you'll oversee field operations on a large-scale ground-up hospital project — managing subcontractors, driving the schedule, and holding the line on safety and quality across a project of significant scale and complexity.

What we're looking for:

• Senior Superintendent experience on large ground-up healthcare projects ($100M+ preferred)
• Strong command of complex, multi-trade coordination on hospital-scale builds
• A track record of delivering large projects on schedule and to spec

Compensation: up to $150K
