We're partnering with a national general contractor with a deep healthcare construction portfolio, currently leading a $200M+ ground-up hospital project in Orlando. This role sits at the top of the field organization on a major healthcare build and calls for someone who's operated at that scale before.

As Senior/General Superintendent, you'll take ownership of all field operations on this ground-up hospital project — leading the superintendent team, managing subcontractor performance, and serving as the primary field authority on schedule, safety, and quality through completion.

What we're looking for:
