ColonialWebb Contractors Company seeks an experienced field supervisor in Richmond, VA to lead HVAC and plumbing teams, manage scheduling, safety programs, and coordination with the project team to ensure on-time, high-quality completion.

Applicants should have 10+ years in the industry with supervisory background, strong knowledge of International Codes, OSHA 30-hour certification, and the ability to read project drawings. This role emphasizes accountability and problem solving.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years in the industry with supervisory roles.
• Extensive knowledge of HVAC and plumbing systems and International Codes.
• OSHA 30-hour certification.
• Competent Person certification or ability to obtain it.
• Ability to read and understand project documents in English.
• Strong administrative, analytical and people-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities of assigned trade workers.
• Establish and adjust work sequences to meet construction schedules.
• Study schedules and estimate worker-hour requirements for project completion.
• Review shop drawings and spool drawings for timely field installation.
• Inspect work to ensure conformance to specifications.
• Ensure safety reporting; audit 5x5s and pre-task plans.
• Monitor manpower, tools, and inventory; oversee deliveries to maintain schedule.
