Taylor Morrison Inc. is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead the homebuilding process in our Phoenix community. You will manage scheduling, budgets, safety and quality while ensuring customer satisfaction and on-time delivery.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a focus on teamwork and service. You will mentor staff, coordinate subs, and ensure the site remains orderly and responsive to homeowner needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with 4+ years of construction experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction or related field preferred.
• Must be able to read, understand and interpret construction documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work and project schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall homebuilding process.

SummaryAs a Senior Superintendent working for Taylor Morrison you will provide leadership in your assigned community and are responsible for managing the homebuilding process for assigned homes to ensure timely completion while meeting financial, quality, safety and customer satisfaction goals.
