Job summary

The Walsh Group, Ltd. is seeking a Senior Superintendent for our Data Center Group in Goodyear, AZ to lead large-scale construction efforts and coordinate field teams from mobilization through project close-out.

You will ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence while managing subcontractors and site logistics to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• High School diploma is required.
• 10+ years of experience in construction or related field.
• Basic computer skills preferred.
• Relocation may be required for some roles.

Responsibilities

• Planning and implementing construction means/methods for all aspects of residential high-rise projects, schedules, productivity innovations, and site logistics.
• Selection of field site personnel
• Monitoring job costs and productivity on projects
• On-site co-ordination of manpower, materials and equipment
• Developing, monitoring and executing the project construction plan and schedule
• Supervising, training, coaching and mentoring field personnel
• Demonstrating commitment to Walsh Safety and Quality programs
• Organizing and coordinating all subcontractor activities
• Project close-out; responsible for final inspections, deficiencies, warranty work and site demolition
• Working with the Owners to ensure the projects are being built in accordance with the contract documents
• Participates in development and review of work plans for major/high-risk activities.
