Job summary

Walsh Group is seeking a Project Superintendent for our Data Center Group in Goodyear, AZ. You will own field operations, develop and maintain project schedules, and coordinate subcontracts, drawings, and specifications to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Overall management of field operations.
• Create and manage project schedule.
• Coordinate subcontracts, drawings, and specifications.
• Establish budgets and controlling cost.
• Identify causes of cost variances and eliminate negative variances.
• Identify project risk and mitigate it.
• Communicate quality standards to subcontractors and vendors.
• Conduct systematic quality control inspections.
• Follow company safety program, laws, and OSHA standards.
• Manage jobsite cleanliness.
• Prepare daily time cards for supervised personnel.
• Prepare daily logs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Overall management of field operations
• Create and manage project schedule
