We’re looking for a Senior Superintendent who knows construction from the ground up and has the leadership, organization, and field expertise to take major projects from mobilization through successful completion. This is a high-impact opportunity for a seasoned construction professional who can command a jobsite, coordinate multiple moving parts, and keep quality, schedule, safety, and accountability firmly on track.

The ideal candidate is more than someone who can read plans and run a schedule. You’re a field leader, problem solver, communicator, and builder who understands that successful projects are built by strong teams, disciplined execution, and relentless attention to detail.

What You’ll Own

• Lead all day-to-day field operations from project startup through final completion and closeout.
• Establish and maintain project schedules, sequencing, manpower requirements, and production goals.
• Direct and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, field staff, and trade partners.
• Maintain a safe, organized, productive, and professional jobsite.
• Monitor construction progress and proactively identify scheduling, material, manpower, and coordination issues.
• Partner closely with Project Managers and project leadership to keep budgets, schedules, and commitments aligned.
• Review plans, specifications, submittals, RFIs, shop drawings, and project documents for field coordination.
• Conduct regular jobsite meetings and coordinate upcoming activities with project teams and subcontractors.
• Inspect completed and ongoing work to ensure quality standards and project specifications are being met.
• Identify potential conflicts before they become expensive problems.
• Manage inspections, testing, punch lists, turnover, and project closeout.
• Maintain accurate daily reports, documentation, schedules, and field records.
• Communicate clearly with ownership, clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal leadership.
• Mentor and develop field personnel while creating a culture of accountability and teamwork.
• Enforce project safety requirements and ensure crews and subcontractors follow established safety procedures.
• Keep the job moving when challenges arise because construction rarely sends an invitation before changing the plan.

What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years of construction experience , with significant experience leading projects in a Superintendent capacity.
• Proven ability to manage complex construction projects and multiple subcontractor teams.
• Strong understanding of construction means, methods, sequencing, scheduling, and quality control.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, MEP, civil, and project documents.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA requirements and jobsite safety practices.
• Experience with construction scheduling and project management software such as Procore, Primavera P6, Bluebeam , or similar platforms.
• Excellent communication, leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to anticipate problems, make informed decisions, and keep projects moving forward.
• A hands-on leadership style with the confidence to hold teams and trade partners accountable.
• Strong understanding of project documentation, inspections, closeout procedures, and quality expectations.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities without losing sight of the details.
