Job summary

LeoForce is seeking a Senior Level Construction professional in Denver, CO to lead safety, scheduling, and field operations on complex commercial and multifamily projects.

This role emphasizes safety compliance, quality control, and collaborative coordination with subs and design professionals, with a compensation range of $130,000 to $190,000 per year and a robust benefits program including profit sharing, medical, dental, vision, 401k and PTO.

Qualifications

• Prioritizes jobsite safety and enforces compliance with safety programs, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Identifies, documents, and resolves safety or procedural violations through corrective actions.
• Reviews and understands all contract, construction, and specification documents to ensure project conformance.
• Conducts constructability reviews and leads quality control/assurance planning for all project phases.
• Oversees scheduling, inspection, and testing to maintain workflow efficiency and prevent defects.
• Provides strong field leadership through supervision, mentorship, and career development of team members.
• Coordinates subcontractors, trade partners, and design professionals to maintain alignment and accountability.
• Develops and manages detailed construction schedules, logistics, and procurement plans from preconstruction to completion.
• Manages field cost control, productivity analysis, equipment use, and budget forecasting.
• Supports company initiatives, process improvements, and culture-building efforts through active leadership and collaboration.
