Job summary

Green Key Resources is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead field operations on large-scale multifamily ground-up projects in the Midwest. You will manage scheduling, site logistics, and overall construction activities from start to finish, coordinating with owners, architects, and inspectors.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years as a Superintendent on multifamily builds and are proficient with Procore and MS Project, with OSHA 30 preferred for safety leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on large-scale multifamily projects.
• OSHA 30 (preferred).
• Strong leadership and communication with subs and clients.
• Procore, MS Project, or similar scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day field operations on ground-up commercial and automotive dealership projects.
• Manage project schedule, sequencing, and site logistics to hit milestones and deadlines.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field staff.
• Conduct daily huddles, safety meetings, and site walks.
• Maintain job site safety in accordance with company and OSHA standards.
• Review drawings, specs, and RFIs to ensure work is installed per plans.
• Partner with Project Managers on scheduling, procurement, and cost control.
• Oversee inspections, punch lists, and project close-out.
• Maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, and inspectors.

What You’ll Do

• Lead day-to-day field operations on ground-up commercial and automotive dealership projects
• Manage project schedule, sequencing, and site logistics to hit milestones and deadlines
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field staff
• Conduct daily huddles, safety meetings, and site walks
• Maintain job site safety in accordance with company and OSHA standards
• Review drawings, specs, and RFIs to ensure work is installed per plans
• Partner with Project Managers on scheduling, procurement, and cost control

• Maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, and inspectors
• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on large scale multifamily projects $30M - $60M
• Proven ability to manage full project lifecycle from site work through turnover
• Strong scheduling knowledge (Procore, MS Project, or similar tools)
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with subs and clients
• OSHA 30 (preferred)
• Ability to run multiple phases of work and keep projects moving
