Bowman Company in Tampa, Florida is seeking a Survey SUE Technician III to join our field team. The role focuses on outdoor data collection using electromagnetic equipment and ground penetrating radar to locate subsurface utilities while performing related duties such as vacuum truck operation and documentation.

You will train and mentor SUE Technicians I and II, interpret design plans, and interact with clients to ensure project success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; commensurate experience.
• 5+ years as SUE Technician I/II or equivalent.
• Extensive knowledge of all phases of SUE field operations.
• Basic knowledge of land surveying.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsabilités

• Perform work under limited supervision and receive direction on complex assignments.
• Assist with marketing Bowman’s capabilities to establish new clients.
• Proficient operation of vacuum truck and related equipment; operate EMI/GPR gear.
• Perform SUE survey field work and prepare daily paperwork.
• Train SUE Technicians I and II; interpret design plans and drawings.
