Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Geology, or related subsurface discipline.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in subsurface engineering, reservoir management, or a related field.
• Proficiency with subsurface modeling and simulation software.
• Strong understanding of geostatistics, reservoir simulation, and production forecasting.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze geological, geophysical, and engineering data to build and update subsurface models.
• Develop and implement field development plans and production optimization strategies.
• Conduct performance analysis of existing wells and reservoirs, identifying opportunities for enhancement.
• Evaluate new technologies for subsurface characterization and production enhancement.
• Prepare technical reports, economic evaluations, and presentations for management and stakeholders.
• Collaborate effectively with global cross-functional teams in a virtual setting.
