Mesa Associates, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Power Delivery team.

You will lead high-voltage power delivery substations, guiding multidisciplinary teams from initiation through closeout, with support from our PSO to ensure successful outcomes across multiple projects. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in project management, engineering, construction management, or related field preferred.
Minimum 6 years of relevant project experience.
Experience managing power utility substation design projects.
Ability to lead engineering and construction teams.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and project scheduling software.

Responsibilities

Lead high-voltage power delivery substation projects and cross-functional teams.
Develop and manage project planning documents and schedules.
Monitor budgets, forecast spending, and manage changes.
Facilitate meetings, document action items, and report status.
Ensure safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
