Qualifications

• 5+ years of estimating experience in power delivery or related construction sectors with concentration in EPC.
• Proficiency in estimating software, Bluebeam, Excel, Microsoft Project, and PowerPoint.
• Strong understanding of construction means and methods for air-insulated substations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of detailed cost estimates using InEIGHT Estimate (HardDollar).
• Analyze project scope, drawings, specifications, and RFP documentation.
• Collaborate with scheduling leads and operations to define milestone dates.

Skills

Estimating experience in power delivery or related construction sectors

Proficiency in estimating software, Bluebeam, Excel, Microsoft Project, PowerPoint

Strong understanding of construction means and methods for air-insulated substations

Experience with InEIGHT Estimate (HardDollar)

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Proven ability to establish and maintain subcontractor relationships
