Exo is seeking a Senior Project Engineer for its Substation Engineering group in the United States. You will design and oversee substation projects, lead multidisciplinary teams, and coordinate scope, schedule, and budget with project managers.

Strong client and vendor engagement, mentorship, and proposal leadership are essential. The role requires a PE license, 20+ years of relevant experience, and deep knowledge of codes, standards, and PM principles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil, mechanical, or electrical engineering.
• PE Licensed.
• 20+ years of relevant experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in engineering software and standards.
• Knowledge of project management principles.
• Knowledge of codes and standards.
• Ability to lead large teams and complex projects.

Responsabilités

• Perform complex design and analysis independently.
• Lead large teams, major projects, and programs of projects.
• Coordinate scope, schedule, and budget with project manager.
• Consult clients, vendors, and other project stakeholders.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to less experienced staff.
• Lead business development and proposal development.
• Participate within the industry.
• Ensure designs meet client standards, safety, design code, constructability, and cost-efficiency requirements.
